We deal with property and children’s disputes after the breakdown of a marriage or de facto relationship. Most cases are resolved by agreement but we also conduct court proceedings in contentious cases .

Dr. Jensen speaks German fluently and we gladly assist German speaking clients here and in Europe.

We can assist you in making a claim for personal injuries or death suffered in: a motor vehicle accident; a workplace accident; or an accident on public or private premises.
Litigation
We have substantial experience and skill in civil litigation, including: debt recovery; commercial disputes; disputes under the Trade Practices Act 1974.
We also undertake disputes concerning title to land.

Are you wanting to invest moneys and keen to avoid real estate and shares? We accept deposits of over $1,000 and pay interest of 7.15% pa even on that amount.
